- Advance Replacement. iTEK Repair will ship a replacement unit. You then ship us the failed unit, we fix it and put it back into your inventory.
- Service E-Coupons. Coupon Service is simple alternative to time and material repairs. By purchase of an E-book of repair coupons in advance. Each time you want an item repaired you print andsend it to us along with one of the coupons. With Coupon Service there is no need to write a purchase order or pay a bill every time you need a piece of equipment fixed.
- Flat Rate Repair. The fixed price alternative to time and material repairs.
- Time and Materials. The best solution when you are sure the problem is simple and easy to fix.
- On-Site Repair. When it doesn't make sense to ship it in for depot repairs.
Customized Service Solutions:
We can develop a completely custom service program that will fit your particular situation. This program can include items such as specialized repairs, rapid-turnaround, loaner equipment and a custom fee schedule.
