Deploying terminals and applications can be a difficult and time-consumingtask. ITEK does most of the work for you to make the deployment successful.

Encryption Services
ITEK encryption services encrypt PIN pads in an approved andsecured encryption facility. Both new and used (reprogrammed) PIN padscan be encrypted and shipped to their destination.
Call Center / Help Desk Services
ITEK’s call center ensures that the customer gets their device downloadedcorrectly; whether they are changing an application or adding a service. We also offer one of the most complete conversion and system upgrade assistance packages available.
ITEK offers one of the largest help desk menus in the industry. Our experienced and professional staff provides thorough point of sale hardware and software trouble shooting. The help desk is open 24/7, 365 days a year.

Repair and Refurbishment
ITEK offers repair services and refurbishes terminals. Each piece of equipment received for repair is thoroughly tested and checked by a factory-trainedtechnician. If repairs are necessary, we request formal approval before making major repairs. Major components are replaced with manufacturer specified or supplied parts. Our standard is to make each device that we repair or refurbish perform and look like new.
Warranty Repair and Refurbishment
ITEK warrantees all of their new and refurbished equipment for your protection. We also offer an overnight replacement program.
