Battery Optimization
Battery Optimization, also known as reconditioning, restores a battery to over 80% of its original power capacity. It’s a well know fact that over time batteries lose their ability to fully recharge. This leads to increased equipment downtime. The iTEK Battery Optimization Program saves you money by reducing your operating costs, by increasing your equipment uptime. By optimizing your batteries, you also help save our environment.
Optimization
Battery optimization provides testing, charging, deep-cycle conditioning, and replacement of all types of Symbol and/or Telxon batteries. iTEK refurbishes your batteries so they will store over 80% of their original capacity. If the batteries are not able to be reconditioned to at least 80%, they will be properly disposed of them through a state/federal recycling approved facility of at no charge, or if requested, shipped back to the customer.

All refurbished used batteries carry a 90-day warranty.
Types of Batteries
We can accept the following types of batteries:
- Cadmium (NiCad)
- Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH)
- Lithium Ion (LION)
- Sealed Lead Acid (SLA)
Program Pricing
iTEK services will provide the Battery Optimization Program for you for at $2.00 per battery.
If the battery arrives dead or deemed to be unsalvageable, they will be recycled at no charge, or if requested, shipped back to the customer and a new replacement battery will be sent for a pre-arranged price.
