iTEK operates a state of the art, static controlled repair facility to support depot repair of a wide variety of equipment. Our defined service programs or TEKDirect Services are listed bellow. Please see written details below – or click here for a quick reference chart. To execute any of the following Depot Service Agreements – contact your iTEK Account Rep or use the contact section of this site. |
DepotDirect (DD): Standard depot repair via a defined SLA agreement and easy to initiate procedures.
Service Agreement Delivers a known process and turnaround time. You may execute the agreement for one (1) year or three (3) year periods and payment terms are flexible – monthly, quarterly, or annual. With DepotDirect standard coverage you receive:
DepotXpress (DX): Depot repair and full spares management and process control.
Service Agreement Delivers a thorough repair and full spectrum spares management with a known easy to initiate process. You may execute the agreement for one (1) year or three (3) year periods and payment terms are flexible – monthly, quarterly, or annual.
MobileXpress (MX): Same as DepotXpress, but in support of geographically mobile users with our Ship to Meet process.
Service Agreement Delivers thorough repair and full spares management plus includes Ship to Meet. You may execute the agreement for one (1) year or three (3) year periods and payment terms are flexible – monthly, quarterly, or annual.
TEKPak Repair (TKPK): Pre-paid depot repair tickets, but as many as you like and ensure a easy to use process at lower cost than T & M.
Rather than a service agreement, there is a simple document (SRVC-TKPK) to execute that identifies the product and number of repairs. Once executed you are issued and credited with the purchased number of repair events – when a repair is needed, you simply ship in the unit. Once the repair is made, we will return it and send along a balance report. SRVC-TKPK will list up front details listed for type of equipment, defined repair conventions and the quantity of repair events chosen.
Key Encryptions (NCRYP): PCI compliant key injection operation.
PIN Pad Payment Terminals are devices that handle credit and debit card information and as such are critical devices in complying with PCI security regulations. One factor in supporting Payment Terminals is the ability to inject the unit encryption key – there are stringent regulations for operating a Key Injection Room at a repair center. iTEK has invested in a PCI compliant key encryption room – if you need support for your PIN pad payment terminals, please contact us or your account rep. |
Refurbishment (RFRB): Full range of refurbishment and repair projects.
There are times when existing equipment may be aging or exhibiting problems but you still need more useful life from the original investment – this may be accomplished via a refurbishment program. Due to the nature of refurbishment, each event is a custom service that requires an understanding of the product, known issues or current state of equipment that needs improving, quantities and turnaround time frames. Each RFRB program is tailored to your requirements, however in general may cover these types of actions:
