Your users then have a known process and turnaround time to count on.

  • OnSite Or Central Site TEKService Agreement:

The agreement will specify the equipment, response times and days of coverage.

These agreements will specify the equipment covered and all attributes of the covered service. You can be assured of known in-house turnaround times as well as easy to use procedures to get your covered equipment repaired.
